We are a boutique law firm that offers legal advice to businesses and investors in different legal branches. We represent the interests of our clients nationwide from our office located in Guayaquil.

Certainly, we prioritize preventive legal advice, since we are convinced that most problems that lead to complex, lengthy and onerous judicial procedures can be avoided through appropriate legal planning. Nonetheless, when duty calls, we defend and assist our clients with intelligence and determination in complicated judicial and arbitral proceedings.

Íntegro was born as a response to a political juncture in Ecuador that has stimulated the arrival of new investments. Undoubtedly, this has caused the emergence of a wave of changes in regulatory and legal matters with an effect in different sectors of the country’s economy. As a result, now more than ever, it is essential for businesses to count on experienced and dynamic legal advisors able to provide clear responses to face the most recent legal challenges.

After several years of legal practice we have observed, among the providers of legal services in the local market, a phenomenon that gradually has become the norm. Clients increasingly overlook preventive legal advice and exclusively ask for legal assistance when their problems are imminent.

There are many reasons that explain this costly behavior; however, one of them, and a very powerful indeed, relies on the lack of trust projected by the structure of the traditional law firm: vertical, rigid, distant and impersonal.

The need to enhance the experience of our clients and the quality of our services has led us to replace this inconvenient model with a horizontal, approachable and efficient organization.

For this reason, willing to offer a positive and distinctive experience, we have met the challenge of committing to this project called Íntegro. The Spanish term Íntegro is semantically related to the English word ‘integrity’: soundness of moral character and the state of being complete.
